Availability

At the time of booking a 30% deposit is required with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before travel. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of travel then the total amount is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations will incur the following charges:

More than 3 months - full refund

1 - 3 months - 60% refund

Less than 1 month - No refund will be applicable

The above only applies to bookings made direct via the cottage website. If bookings made through other websites then their booking terms and conditions will apply.
