Higher Primrose Cottage sits within the small historic working village of Winkleigh. A stone's throw from all amenities Higher Primrose Cottage is a Grade II listed property built around 1750. The cottage is at the heart of this busy village giving you the benefit of two friendly local pubs, Post Office, village shop, a garage and even a hairdressers. The cottage has a welcoming family feel the moment you step inside. Beautifully renovated but with plenty of original features this cottage will provide a peaceful escape at any time of the year. Higher Primrose Cottage has a double and a single bedroom and a family bathroom upstairs. The velux windows allow you to look out towards stunning Dartmoor. The kitchen/breakfast-room and sitting-room link from one to another giving a great feeling of space but making the cottage very cosy at the same time. With a cosy wood burner, Higher Primrose is a great place to come and enjoy all year around. The pretty village of Winkleigh really is at the heart of Devon and is well placed to cater for all types of holidays. Whether it is walking across Dartmoor, spending the day at the beach or taking the kids to visit one of the many local attractions nothing is ever too far away.

Accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises of a beautifully furnished living room complete with a wood burner, a fully fitted kitchen, a family bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 small second bedroom with a single bed). There is a small patio to the rear and off street parking for 1 car. 1 small well behaved dog is more than welcome.
